I target specific areas so that you can reach your fitness goals! My fitness style is dance-based and will make you work up a sweat. You’ll have a blast while blasting away your fat and toning muscle. I can come to you or we can train together at several available facilities around New York City.
This is a total body workout that will work both your cardio and strength while improving your flexibility and most importantly your body composition! Due to the progression of the program, participants are not allowed to start in the middle of the session.
