This class is designed to elevate your heart rate as well as challenge your muscles and mind.  It strengthens your entire body and boosts your metabolism while simultaneously providing the perfect outlet for any frustration, anxiety, or anger.

Cardio-Strength Training

Cardio Kickboxing and Strength training will enable you to burn fat and tone your body using a variety of equipment like figure 8 bands, resistance bands and medicine balls, to get a strong, sleek body and body weight.

1-Minute Body Sculpt

This total body sculpting class is held in a fast-paced boot camp style format. Performed body weight or light weights for one minute, followed by one minute of heart-pumping cardio. You will engage all muscle groups and work up a sweat with this effective calorie-burning combo.
