Our company was founded on the idea of helping those in need. Ever since our organization was established, we have endeavored to provide help where the need is greatest to help people obtain their health and fitness goals.
Fitness Beyond Dance fitness programs are danced based. My first rule is to always have FUN while dancing and working out. My love of international music and dance is what attracted me to various art forms. What I love about dance and fitness is, it brings different nationalities together with one common interest. Fitness Beyond Dance has an inclusive environment: everyone is welcome. We laugh at ourselves; we encourage and support each other. Our studio is a stress free environment and those who come regularly benefit from looking and feeling fabulous as the result. We incorporate nutrition guidance: each member receives nutrition guidance to help them achieve and maintained their fitness goals. With nutrition education members are able to make a lifestyle change, making better eating choices. We encourage eating clean whole foods, and to limit process foods this will allow members to achieve success — yo yo no dieting, Yeah!
Our fitness programs include: Total Body Condition Classes, Tabata Bootcamp Workuts, Cardio Kickboxing, Zumba, BollyX, and Vixen Dance Workout, Strenghth Training, Bridal Bootchamps, Bridal Party Fit into the Dress Bootcamps.
Our dance programs include the following dance styles: Salsa, Samba, Soca, ChaCha, Belly Dance, Hip Hop, House and Merengue.
